On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.

Not sure what staff do here. It's self-checkout. No assistance in tools. If you ask for help they'll point to someone else or send you to the wrong aisle. Rolling ladders blocking merchandise, you have to move them yourself. I usually retrieve my own topstock because no one is available to help or they seem upset I asked them to get the product down. Maybe they should be doing that rather than standing around talking up front. The website usually has the item location: aisle and bay. If that's wrong you're on your own. Returns are hit or miss depending on mood of associate. Ordered online and they mixed up deliveries and I got someone else's order. Used to look forward to shopping here, an excuse to buy a new tool or look around. Now I can't wait to get out. Inventory and selection is good but you're on your own.

These employees are some of the friendliest Home Depot associates I've ever encountered! The atmosphere is welcoming, and whenever you have a question, they genuinely do their best to help and point you in the right direction. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values customer service. I highly recommend this Home Depot location!

I had a hard time returning a obsolete blink camera because the receipt did not yet sent to my email. Because I didn't have the receipt. The clerk at the counter only wanted to give me a few dollars and it was going to be on store credit so I had to come back into the store with the correct card to receive my money back on the card that I issued payment on. The problem with this situation is that there are corrupt minds in this world that that steal products and then seek to return them. These troubled individuals impact hard-working people like myself who barely scrape by with the labor tasks that they hold. I highly value the Home Depot. However, I have an outstanding balance to this company for charges that I do not recognize and they are reluctant to assist me or my family member whom held the credit card with them. I lost the credit card to this company around the year 2022 and I contacted them immediately and told him I did not have the card and then I won a replacement card. The balance to this account to around $10,000 and my loving family member is suffering from consequences that are not ours in the making. As much as I value, the Home Depot do not value their custo
